VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS, enjoy this 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bathroom Condo, located on the third floor of the Diamante building Phase 1, last condo with 180 degree view of the ocean.
Diamante 308 features an open design large kitchen overseeing the living room. The entertainment center has a 60 inch flat screen TV with soundbar and Netflix.
The living room has also a dining area comfortable for 6 guests.
All 3 bedrooms have King bed and 40-48 inches flat screen TV with Netflix.
The spectacular patio wraps the living room with views of the town, beach and ocean. It comes with a table, chairs and lounge chairs.
Diamante 308 is conveniently close to the elevator, enjoy the free underground parking, all the pools and restaurants that Las Palomas Resort offers.
We listen to our guests:
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
We replaced the refrigerator in August 2023.
New stove July 2020.
We added a Keurig 2.0 coffee machine.
Added two new lounge chairs and table on balcony in 2017
Replaced all 3 ACs December 2023

Summary: This condo is correctly titled, the view was incredible. All of the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the ceiling fans were quiet. Being on the third floor is a short elevator ride and being on the end it seemed like our own private elevator. Its a beautiful condo and we are already inquiring about staying here next year.

Summary: Phase 1. The unit was clean, updated and very comfortable. View from unit and deck was breathtaking. Beautiful beach location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. No spices, we brought our own. The resort had activities, accommodating pool bar and very nice restaurant Citron. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and always greeted us with hello or hola and a big smile. Pool bar staff were great, very attentive and fun the interact with. Food was terrific at pool bar and Citron. Some pools heated, some not, which is ok. We will come back to Los Palomas!!

Summary: The condo has a beautiful view that allows lots of natural light. The wrap around balcony was fantastic. Each room was very spacious with it's own bathroom. I would definitely come back to this unit!
